Currently serving as Team Lead for Radio Configuration Planning at Ricoh UK since July 2020, Phil has previously held various engineering and managerial positions across leading companies in the industry, including Fujitsu Network Communications as a Project Delivery Manager, Nokia as a Network Rollout Manager, and Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH as an IP Ran Project Engineer. With significant expertise in circuit provisioning and transmission planning, Phil has effectively contributed to project delivery and network integration across multiple generations of mobile technology throughout a career spanning over a decade.
