Brandon Hulette has extensive experience in technical support and account management, primarily within the IT and managed services sectors. At Ricoh USA, Inc., from January 2023 to June 2025, Brandon served as a Technical Account Specialist and Technical Specialist, building on previous roles there that included Product Support Specialist, Associate Product Support, and Associate Technician. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Dynamic Quest from August 2020 to June 2022, and as a Service Coordinator at Southern Data Solutions from August 2019 to August 2020. Brandon also led a Client Services team and worked as a Tier 2 NOC Analyst at ADCom Solutions between September 2017 and August 2019.
