Chirayu Shah

Chirayu Shah is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer currently employed at Fox Factory since June 2023, previously holding the position of Manufacturing Engineer 2. Prior to joining Fox Factory, Chirayu worked at Sienna Corporation from September 2019 to June 2023 as an Industrial Engineer, where significant accomplishments included reducing failure rates in Debug from over 20% to under 5% by revising Standard Operating Procedures. Earlier experiences include roles at Rutgers University as a Dining Services Student Worker and Proctor, and as an Engineering Intern at Gita Steel Furniture, where a time management system was developed to enhance production efficiency. Chirayu's career began with a brief stint as an Engineering Trainee at Windsor Machines Ltd. Educationally, Chirayu holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from INDUS University.
