Christian Rath

Christian Rath has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of People & Organization and Head of Human Resources at RIEDEL Communications since May 2013. Previous roles include HR Consultant and Interim Manager at Christian Rath from October 2011 to April 2013, and Director of Human Resources, Purchasing, and Administration at DKV EURO SERVICE from July 2009 to September 2011. Christian Rath also held leadership positions as Head of Human Resources at AE&E Lentjes GmbH from June 2003 to June 2009 and as HR Manager at both GEA Bischoff GmbH from October 1999 to May 2003 and AWO Bezirksverband Niederrhein e.V. from September 1997 to September 1999.
