Antoine Fredericq

Antoine Fredericq currently serves as the Head of Global Inventory Management at Rieter, a position held since March 2020, where responsibilities include the development of a planning function for 40k+ spare parts across four distribution centers, leading a global planning team, and implementing a multi-echelon planning solution. Prior to Rieter, Antoine worked at Nyrstar as an EU Metal Inventory Planner, leading the S&OP process and achieving significant cost savings in working capital. Experience also includes roles as Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Novelis, where management of aluminum product demand for the automotive industry was key, and various positions at British American Tobacco, Mettler-Toledo International, and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit. Antoine holds a MAS in Global Supply Chain Management and a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences and Engineering, both from EPFL.
