Tyler Joseph

Tyler Joseph, MBA, currently serves as Structures Manager and Project Manager at Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. since January 2017, overseeing multiple DOT/Municipal full reconstruction projects with contract values exceeding $30 million, involving earthwork, bridge work, underground utilities, and pavement construction. Previously, Tyler held the position of Project Engineer at Rieth-Riley, collaborating on various highway and civil construction projects. Tyler's career began with internships and co-op positions at Miller Bros. Const., Inc. and Baker-Shindler, gaining experience in bridge engineering, roadway engineering, and concrete reconstruction. Tyler earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University.
