Bridget has over 20 years of experience in HR for professional services firms. As Head of People Potential, Bridget is responsible for Rightpoint’s employment brand and curating an exceptional company culture and employee experience. At its core, People Potential also helps attract, retain, engage, deploy and develop team members.

Bridget is a fierce champion of culture, an empathetic advocate, and trusted counselor who pays thoughtful attention to every detail of the team member experience. She keeps abreast of market trends and emerging resources in order to align People Potential with organizational strategy and objectives.

Before joining Rightpoint, Bridget led HR for Protiviti and prior to that, she was a business consultant for Mesirow Financial; helping the company acquire and develop talent from all levels of candidates with a multi-faceted sourcing strategy.
