Micah Swigert

Micah co-leads Rightpoint's national technology practice, where he focuses on growing emerging capabilities and fostering the careers of Rightpoint's next generation of technology leaders. Micah comes from a technical background, having spent the first 10 years of his career as a developer, architect, and project manager, eventually leading development teams. Over his career, Micah has taken on a variety of roles focused on propelling the growth of technology consulting organizations, as a co-founder, business development leader, and now as a solutions team lead.

Micah leverages his hands-on approach with technology solutions along with his business experience to focus on adding quick, incremental, and eventually lasting business value in client relationships. He is motivated by great work, and by what great work brings to the consultant/client relationship.
