Bieke van der Mark has extensive experience in art curation and history, serving as a Guest Curator at the Rijksmuseum since January 2009, where projects include 'Artus Quellinus. Sculptor of Amsterdam' at the Royal Palace Amsterdam and co-editing a scholarly catalogue of European sculpture. Previous roles include owning Bureau Bieke van der Mark, guest curating at Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, and serving as Design & Photography Editor at Paint it Blue Magazines. Bieke van der Mark has also gained curatorial experience at the J. Paul Getty Museum and the Royal Cabinet of Paintings Mauritshuis. Bieke van der Mark holds a Master’s degree in Art History from Leiden University and a certificate in journalism from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
