Mary Kay Roberts

Mary Kay Roberts is a Partner at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, leading the firm’s governmental affairs practice group and managing the Trenton office since February 1994. Prior to this role, Mary Kay served as Chief of Staff at the NJ Department of Banking from 1992 to 1994, where responsibilities included legislative liaison and regulatory officer, overseeing the regulation of the banking industry. Earlier experience includes a position as a Law Clerk for the Honorable L. Anthony Gibson in the Chancery Division of Atlantic and Cape May Counties from 1991 to 1992. Mary Kay earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law (1991) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Boston College (1988).
