Eric Mayes

Eric Mayes is an experienced professional in the field of biomechanics and occupant safety. Currently serving as District Manager for Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. since July 2007, Mayes oversees business operations in Austin, San Antonio, and McAllen while also functioning as a Senior Consultant with a focus on human biomechanics, occupant injury analysis, and crash testing. Prior to this role, Mayes worked at Ford Motor Company from 2000 to July 2007, where responsibilities included leading occupant analysis for vehicle crash safety and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Mayes holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
