Sara Boushakra

Sara Boushakra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employer branding and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Employer Brand Specialist at RingCentral since December 2017, Sara leads the creation and execution of employer video content and manages the company's culture narrative through comprehensive branding efforts across various platforms. Previously, Sara held roles at the Golden State Warriors, where responsibilities included developing strategic partnerships and executing corporate partner activations. Beginning a career in sports marketing as an intern at énergie Fitness Rathfarnham, Sara also demonstrated leadership as a Division I athlete and captain of the diving team at UC Berkeley, where accomplishments included being a PAC 12 Champion and NCAA Champion. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
