Jordan Spergel

Jordan Spergel is an experienced construction management professional with a background in commercial construction and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Commercial Construction at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since April 2020, Jordan previously held roles including Project Manager at TORQUE® and Assistant Project Manager at Govan Brown & Associates. Experience also includes positions as Project Coordinator at Eastern Construction Company Limited and various roles at Bird Construction, where responsibilities included estimating, project coordination, and managing tender processes. Jordan's career began as an Estimating Coop at Bird Construction, following the completion of a Construction Science Management degree from George Brown College.
