Ridhima Nayyar

Ridhima Nayyar serves as the Assistant Vice President of Sustainability at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since April 2017, leading the development and implementation of the ESG strategy and associated programs. Responsibilities include drafting organizational policies for environmental compliance, formulating stakeholder proposals, and developing ESG communications in line with various frameworks. Nayyar oversees utility data platforms and environmental risk projects, while also training staff on compliance reporting. Previous roles include Director and Manager of Sustainability at EY, where analytical reviews of sustainability metrics were conducted, and a Senior Analyst position at NYG/DE Green Partners, LLC. Ridhima holds a Master of Science in Environmental Systems and Risk Management from the State University of New York and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai, along with a Global ESG Competent Boards Designation.
