Quentin du Plessix

Quentin du Plessix is an experienced Implementation Manager currently at Rippling since July 2025, with a strong background in project management and the hospitality industry. Previously, Quentin held positions as Implementation Project Manager at Toast and Bilingual Implementation Project Manager at Popmenu, demonstrating expertise in managing complex implementations. As the Founder, Owner, and Manager of LE DHABA - Bistro Indien, Quentin established the first Indo-French bistro in Lyon, successfully managing operations, supply chain, and marketing, which resulted in significant revenue and customer satisfaction.
