Kathleen Cassino has extensive work experience in various industries. Kathleen currently holds the position of Director of Program Operations at RISE since June 2022, after serving as the Program Operations Manager from September 2021 to June 2022. Prior to RISE, they worked as a 50/50 Raffle Supervisor for the NY Jets starting in August 2021. Additionally, Kathleen worked as an Adjunct Professor of Sport Technology at William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2020. From 2015 to 2020, they held the role of Manager of Community Relations & Events at the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Before that, Kathleen worked at Major League Baseball (MLB) as a Senior Coordinator of Community Affairs & Educational Programming from 2014 to 2015, a Coordinator of Community Affairs & Educational Programming from 2008 to 2014, and as a Senior Administrative Assistant from 2005 to 2008. Kathleen also served as the Marketing & Business Development Manager at Apel Inc. from 2003 to 2005, the Director of Group Sales at the Newark Bears in 2003, and the Director of Marketing at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference from 2001 to 2003. Their early career included a role as a Premium Sports Sales Coordinator at The Walt Disney Company from 2000 to 2001.
Kathleen Cassino holds a Masters in Sport Administration from Canisius College and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Pace University. In addition, they have obtained a Sports Impact Leadership Certificate from The Johns Hopkins University in September 2018.
