Thomas Jarolics is the current Head of Inside Sales at Risika. Thomas has also held the position of Chief Sales Officer at Clerk.io, where they developed high-performing international sales teams. Prior to that, they were a sales coach and public speaker at Jarolics.dk, where they gave talks on sales and customer service, as well as providing training in sales techniques, e-learning, and NLP. Thomas has also worked as a sales coach for Berlingske Media and TDC, and as a meeting booker for Alm. Brand.

Thomas Jarolics is an NLP Master Coach and NLP Business Coach who specializes in teaching and coaching. Thomas has been educated at the NLP Huset school in Denmark.
