Naama Ofek Arad

Naama serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Riskified, where she oversees customer-centric functions globally. This includes account management, onboarding, support, fraud prevention, and performance management. Her focus is on achieving consistently high standards of customer service and success. Before joining Riskified, Naama was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and held the position of Operations Manager in the Israeli Air Force. She holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
