Justin Mennen is EVP, Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Rite Aid. Justin has over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, technology, and innovation.


Prior to joining Rite Aid, Justin was Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer at CompuCom, where they helped clients transform their businesses into digital enterprises. Justin also led the Technology Services organization, delivering the CompuCom ASCEND digital platform and optimizing the organization to execute, reducing cost by over 20%.


Before CompuCom, Justin held various leadership positions in enterprise architecture and technology innovation at The Estée Lauder Companies and nFusion Group, LLC. Justin has a proven track record in driving digital transformation, modernizing technology, and improving operational efficiencies. Under Justin’s leadership, Rite Aid is well-positioned to compete in the digital age.


Justin Mennen's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Kansas. Justin then went on to earn an MBA with an emphasis in MIS and Strategic Communications from the same school.


Justin Mennen reports to Heyward Donigan, President & CEO. Justin Mennen works with Andre Persaud - Chief Retail Officer, Rand Greenblatt - CFO, Elixir, and Paul Gilbert - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary.
