Gaetan Pauvert possesses extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Chef Adjoint at Ritz Paris since March 2018, after progressing through roles such as 2ème sous-chef and 1er Chef de Partie. Previous experience includes a tenure at Hotel Shangri-La Paris as Chef de Partie from September 2014 to February 2018, and Chef de Partie at Hôtel La Toviere for a seasonal period in early 2014. Additional positions were held at Hôtel de Nell La Regalade, Hôtel Concorde Opéra Paris, where Gaetan began as Commis de Cuisine, and earlier roles as Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie at Hôtel Concorde Opéra Paris.
