Brianna Kipnis is currently the Partnerships Manager at [RIVERBEND CONSULTING](/org/riverbend-consulting). Prior to this, they were the Director of Account Management at Fitspot from October 2019 to April 2021. Fitspot is a tech-enabled service that delivers hospitality-driven on-site and digital amenities to property groups and their corporate tenants nationwide. Brianna was responsible for scaling programs across multiple locations, host community events, and designing/constructing dedicated amenities spaces. 

Before Fitspot, Brianna was the Director of Client Strategy at [Captify](/org/captify) from March 2019 to October 2019. [Captify](/org/captify) is the global leader and pioneers of search intelligence with offices across 10 markets. [Captify](/org/captify)’s proprietary semantic technology analyzes billions of monthly searches across 2 billion users worldwide to power insights and media across all channels and devices for many of the world’s leading brands. Brianna played a crucial role in revealing macro world trends, consumer interests, real-life behaviors, and intent signals for brands and advertisers.

Brianna Kipnis studied public relations, journalism and information technology at [Monmouth University](/org/monmouth-university), before going on to study intercultural communication at Lorenzo de' Medici.

Jack Bijou has worked in the sales industry for over 15 years. Jack began their career as a broker associate with Intrepid Real Estate Group in September 2015. In February 2016, they were promoted to associate buyer at [Orva](/org/orva). Jack held this position until September 2016 when they left to join PRIMEXCHANGE as their VP of Sales. Jack remained with PRIMEXCHANGE until August 2020 when they accepted a position as division manager with Boost at Riverbend Consulting.

Jack Bijou's educational career would include studying business, management, and marketing at Brooklyn College.

They work with Emanuela Elias - Director of Monthly Services, Leah Gervais - Human Resources Manager, and Lauren Barbera - Account Manager. Their manager is Joe Zalta, Co-Founder.

Jonathan Golin is currently a Client Relationship Manager at [RIVERBEND CONSULTING](/org/riverbend-consulting). Jonathan has previously worked as a Wholesale Sales Manager at Caribbean Cloud Company from January 2017 to September 2020 and as a General Manager at Gorilla Vapes from January 2013 to November 2020.

Jonathan Golin is a historian who attended Middlesex College for their undergraduate degree and East Brunswick High School for their high school diploma.

Jonathan Golin works with Kelly Johnston - Director of Operations, Leah Gervais - Human Resources Manager, and Jarrett Ruvinsky - Client Relationship Manager. Their manager is Joe Zalta, Co-Founder.

Jarrett Ruvinsky is a Client Relationship Manager at [RIVERBEND CONSULTING](/org/riverbend-consulting). Jarrett has over six years of experience in business development and ecommerce. 

Jarrett began their career in 2014 as a Business Development Manager at Academic Book Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients to drive new business revenue. Jarrett also oversaw inventory management and order fulfillment operations for a team of 10 members. Jarrett was successful in growing annual revenue by $220k in 2018 and boosting sales on Amazon from $800k in 2017 to $2M in 2018.

In November 2019, Jarrett left Academic Book Solutions to join Focus Camera Inc. as an Ecommerce Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for understanding ecommerce opportunities and executing effective online content and marketing strategies across third party platforms. Along with analysis and reporting on the current inventory, Jarrett was tasked with identifying potential issues and assessing the competitive landscape in order to ensure marketable growth and drive business within the consumer electronics and lifestyle categories. Jarrett oversaw a team of three, efficiently overseeing all sales, inventory management, fulfillment operations and customer service processes on a daily basis.

Jarrett is currently a Client Relationship Manager at [RIVERBEND CONSULTING](/org/riverbend-consulting) where they are responsible for managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Jarrett Ruvinsky has a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies from the [University of Hartford](/org/university-of-hartford) and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the [University of Hartford](/org/university-of-hartford).

Their manager is Joe Zalta, Co-Founder. They are on a team with Jack Mlabasati - Director of Business Development, Leah Gervais - Human Resources Manager, and Jonathan Golin - Client Relationship Manager.

Jarrett Ruvinsky

Kaitlin is dedicated to assisting Amazon sellers with product and seller specific appeals for ASIN and Account reinstatement. She applies her strong knowledge base from decades of work in various fields, including legal assistance, custom art productions, public relations and distribution for several independent companies. In her off-time, Kaitlin is a passionate editor, writer and promoter for aspiring authors, musicians and visual artists. She holds a great fondness for all animals, plants and the creative endeavors of all humans.

Kaitlyn Cudaback

Lesley is co-founder and co-owner of Riverbend Consulting, where she oversees the firm’s client services team. She has personally helped hundreds of third-party sellers get their accounts and ASINs back up and running. Lesley leverages two decades as a small business consultant to advise clients on profitability and operational performance. She has been an Amazon seller for almost a decade, thanks to her boys (18 and 12) who do most of the heavy lifting.

Lesley Hensell

Tara helps guide sellers through Riverbend’s many services. She’s likely the first voice a new client hears when calling the office, and she more than likely has a coffee in hand during that call. Her background as an event planner has equipped Tara to juggle an endless number of tasks. Outside of the office, Tara can be found listening to true crime podcasts, laughing at dog memes and enjoying time with her family.

Tara Wood

Jack manages the Riverbend Consulting sales team. He brings empathy and strong listening skills to bear as he works with clients to evaluate their issues and find ways the team can help. In addition to past sales roles at other high-touch organizations, Jack has run an online retail business focused on customer experience. Jack enjoys working out at least once a day, to escape and blow off steam.

Jack Mlabasati

Cait provides support to the clients and the operations team. She creates meaningful monthly reports that help us identify trends in client accounts. In addition, she helps manage workflow and ensure everything runs smoothly. Cait spent two years in Amazon Seller Support, where she specialized in feeds, variations, escalations, product compliance and gating. In her off time enjoys baking and exploring with her two daughters.

Brandon joined Riverbend from the Department of Navy as a civilian rigger mechanic. He brings his strong understanding of workflow processes and project management to the team.

Brandon Hunt

Rachel predominately works on ASIN and account verification appeals. She brings Riverbend deep experience from the import industry, where she was involved with buying, sales, order projections and logistics. Her past work experience in the education field gives her the patience and calm spirit they all appreciate. Rachel enjoys playing competitive tennis, traveling and watching her two boys’ sporting events.

Rachel Richter

Jay is a strong advocate for the sellers and goes above and beyond to use his skills to help in every way he can. Jay has experience in Amazon Seller Support/FBA as well as the Amazon Account Health Team. There he worked with sellers to assist them in understanding the metrics and policies related to their Account Health as well as assisting them with reinstatement. Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and has been known to tell Dad jokes on occasion.

Jay Morane

James has worked in nearly every department in Amazon, from Customer Service to Seller Support, Author Central, Payments, WebStore and AWS, and MWS. He really enjoyed getting something that no one else could manage to fix and then fixing it, preferably working with numbers and spreadsheets. James’ greatest pleasure is just being able to help people out. He is a proud father of 5, grand father of 2 1/2 (one on the way later this year). He loves to make things and has a tinkershop where he builds things out of wood, metal and anything else that is not nailed down. He is also a co-owner of a board game store and love mini war gaming.

Matt spent 20+ years building processes for Amazon’s Seller Support and Customer Service departments. Founding manager of Executive Seller Relations, Matt drove hundreds of policy and process changes for Sellers through his Seller Experience Deep Dive and Seller Trust programs for Amazon executives, exposing members of Amazon’s senior management to the challenges of life as an Amazon Seller. In his off hours, enjoys being a grandpa to his seven grandchildren. Matt is an avid reader and has provided coaching and first-draft feedback to authors. He also is a dedicated MMO gamer and guild leader with his wife, Veronica.

Matt Nastasi

Emanuela leads the monthly services team. She stays on top of critical performance metrics and ensures they secure every owed reimbursement, to keep the clients ahead of game. Emanuela’s background in e-commerce includes leading and empowering teams to work more efficiently. She loves to see a team take off on its own, become independent thinkers and problem solve together. Emanuela is a full-time foodie who loves to cook and create vegan dishes. She is also a long-time aficionado and teacher of the classical Pilates method.

Lauren helps clients find real-world, scalable solutions to their problems and translates them through the Amazon lens. Lauren worked for Amazon for nearly 12 years, first in Seller Performance Operations, then on the business teams managing Seller Performance programs. She tirelessly worked to address authenticity, fraud, money laundering, and condition, all while providing front-line support to Amazon executives via high-level escalations.

Kelly is the glue that holds Riverbend Consulting together and was with the company at its founding. She survived 10 years in the digital salt mines of Amazon Seller Performance. Before that, Kelly held other e-commerce roles where she worked in content, sales, and operations. When not helping clients, Kelly is a talented artist. Collage and up-cycled assemblages are her current passions.

Kelly Johnston

Leah is a core team member who was with Riverbend the day it launched. She oversees onboarding of new clients and employees. She also handles all administrative assignments and ensures that communication flows smoothly between consultants and clients. Leah is a proud mother, and when not at work, she volunteers with an Animal Rescue Group called Shelter2Rescue Coalition.

Joe Zalta is a Co-Founder at [RIVERBEND CONSULTING](/org/riverbend-consulting). Joe has also worked as President at Parish Nation and Division President at Oved Group. Joe has been in the sales industry for over 10 years.

Joe Zalta

Adam provides analytical support for both the Riverbend clients and team to best asses and assist with plans of action, reports and overall best practices on Amazon. Adam has three years of Seller Support experience as an associate, lead and trainer. He has specialized in day-to-day operations, catalog inquiries, state and federal tax reviews, feeds, escalations, gating, and assisted with brand registry items. His down time is spent with his two cats and spouse enjoying streaming, gaming, pub crawls and house parties with friends.

Adam Hoagland

Serena provides analytical support for Riverbend clients and teams, drawing on her previous Amazon employment across various teams including Seller Support and AmazonSmile. Her Amazon path included creating and testing a custom Amazon program and responding to requests from Amazon site managers and associates. Serena is a creative jack-of-all trades who enjoys nail art, resin art and costume creation in her downtime.

Alex joined Riverbend following experience across several Amazon departments. He served as an associate in Seller Support before taking on a team leader role in software testing and training development. He finished out his Amazon career in content creator support for the Merch program. A true enthusiast, Alex has constantly changing hobbies. Currently, he is building and playing musical instrument such as electric guitars.

Kayleigh relentlessly fights for clients with suspended Amazon accounts. With a degree is in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Kayleigh is inquisitive, process-oriented and pays close attention to detail. When she isn’t being a superhero to Amazon sellers, she enjoys crafting, reading, baking, taking voice lessons or participating in races and obstacle courses.

Kayleigh Cockerill

Cathy utilizes 20 years of Amazon experience to advocate for sellers. She has extraordinary knowledge regarding Amazon selling policies and seller enforcement. Cathy was a founding member of the Amazon Executive Seller Relations and Product Quality teams, and Operations Manager for Seller Performance in Seattle. She was a Senior Program Manager with the Marketplace Growth team (now Strategic Account Services). Cathy has raised, trained and shown champion Doberman pinschers for 40 years.
