Jack Turk, PT, DPT is an experienced physical therapist currently employed at Northwestern Medicine since June 2022 and concurrently gaining clinical experience at Riverside Medical Center. Prior clinical roles include treating neurological conditions at OSF HealthCare and addressing orthopedic and neurological conditions at Palos Health. Jack Turk holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science from Lewis University. Additional educational background includes two associate degrees obtained at Joliet Junior College. Prior to entering the healthcare field, Jack Turk held various positions in the service and construction industries, demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to diverse environments.
