Joshua Belsheim

Joshua Belsheim is an experienced engineering professional with a background in advanced interior engineering and physical validation. Currently serving as Manager of Interior Advanced Engineering and Physical Validation at Rivian since August 2020, Belsheim leads innovation implementation, develops testing standards, and manages teams focused on interior validation for various vehicle programs. Prior roles include Senior Interior Core Engineer at Rivian and Floor Console Product Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where responsibilities encompassed design release, DFMEA, and supplier coordination. Belsheim's career began with internships, including a role at Northrop Grumman, and culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
