Sabrina Park

Senior Director of Talent Development at Rivian

Sabrina Park is the Senior Director of Talent Development at Rivian. Sabrina has over 15 years of experience in organizational development and talent management. Sabrina has a proven track record of designing and implementing programs that improve employee engagement and retention.

Sabrina started their career as an OD Consultant at Washington Mutual Bank in 2005. Sabrina then spent two years as an OD Specialist at Starbucks Coffee Company before moving to Infosys Consulting in 2008. At Infosys, they were a Sr. Associate leading complex change initiatives. In 2009, they left Infosys to join CareFusion as a Sr. Consultant in Talent Management.

In 2010, Sabrina joined Apria Healthcare as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness. Sabrina spent the next 10 years at Apria, leading several successful initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention. In 2020, they left Apria to join Rivian as the Senior Director of Talent Development.

Sabrina Park is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University, having previously earned an MA in the same field from CGU as well. Sabrina also holds an MBA from the Drucker School of Management, and a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine.

Sabrina Park reports to Ben Putterman, VP, Learning & Talent Development.
