Susheel Gogineni

Susheel Gogineni is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in battery mechanical engineering and design. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Battery Mechanical Engineering at Rivian since May 2021, Susheel has previously held managerial and leadership roles at major companies including Apple and Faraday Future. Susheel's engineering career began at Daimler in India and further developed at Schlumberger in Houston. An accomplished academic, Susheel holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing & Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and has also completed studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering along with a Master's in Mathematics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
