Jay Singian

Jay Singian is an accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in banking and financial management, currently serving as First Vice President and Deputy Segment Head of the Assets & Liability Management Segment at Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation since May 2002. Previously held roles include Vice President and Department Head of Balance Sheet Risk Management, as well as Assistant Vice President in Financial Engineering. Prior to RCBC, Jay worked as an Equities Dealer at Urbancorp Securities Inc. Jay's educational background includes a Master in Business Management with a major in Finance from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from Ateneo de Manila University.
