Cezary Goch

Cezary Goch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls, logistics, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Manager Project Controls - Turnaround Subject Matter Expert at RLG International since January 2007, Cezary has successfully led numerous refinery improvement projects, including 47 turnarounds, and oversees a team of 20 specialists. Previous roles include refining and large projects SME and process and methods lead, where Cezary developed performance improvement tools and training programs for project managers. Earlier experience encompasses positions in purchasing and logistics management at Zavida Coffee Co Inc and Global Electronic Supplies, as well as operations management at Soroc Technology and Cabletel Communication. Cezary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communication from University Canada West and various associate degrees in organizational and technical communication.
