Darren McKenzie

Darren McKenzie has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Associate Director - Talent, Reward & OD at RMIT University Vietnam since March 2024. Previously, Darren held the position of Head of Capability and Careers at RMIT University, focusing on academic promotions and capability development. Prior experience at Bunnings involved roles in digital team experience, change management, and learning design, emphasizing human-centered design and Agile methodologies. Darren's earlier career includes a position as Training Manager at The Probe Group and owning InsideOut Fitness Coaching, alongside roles in copywriting and complaints handling. Education includes a Master's degree in Design Futures (in progress) from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts from the same institution.
