Andy Niksch

Andy Niksch has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Andy started their career in 1995 as an Engineer at Tivoli and Software Artistry Inc, where they worked until 1997. Andy then joined Interactive Intelligence as a Team Lead and remained there until 2002. Andy then worked at Baker Hill Corporation as a Senior Developer before joining Powerway Inc as a Software Architect. Andy later worked at Integral Technologies as a Team Lead and Pelco as a Senior Engineer and Lead of EAC Development. Most recently, they are serving as the Lead Software Developer at RND Group, Inc. Andy'sexperience spans over multiple companies and roles, showcasing their expertise and versatility in the field.

Andy Niksch attended Hazelwood Central from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a High School Diploma. Following that, they enrolled at Purdue University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Science with a major in Computer Science.
