Rodney Yartey

Rodney Yartey has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2004 with MKP Capital Management, where they held multiple roles such as Operations Associate, Analyst in Investor Relations, Marketing Analyst, and Intern in the MKP Global Futures Fund. During their time at MKP, they developed and maintained professional relationships, contributed to the improvement of back-office operations processes, managed client relationships, produced investor reports, conducted market research, and facilitated strategy meetings. In 2018, Rodney worked as the Vice President of Operations at MKP Capital Management. In 2019, they served as a Consultant at Le Bristol Paris, where they performed a market study and recommended a new tech-based payment solution for the hotel. Most recently, Rodney joined Robeco as an Operational Risk Manager in November 2019.

Rodney Yartey began their education at New Canaan High School, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. After completing high school, Rodney attended Colgate University from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy. In 2018, they enrolled at ESSEC Business School and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy & Management, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, in September 2022, Rodney obtained a certification in IT and Cybersecurity Risk Management Essential Training from IIBA.
