William Andreae-Jones

William Andreae-Jones began their work experience in 1995 as a professional sailor while self-employed. In 2002, they joined Robert Walters as the Head of Compliance in the Legal & Compliance department until 2005. From 2005 to 2011, William worked at Armstrong International as the Director of Investment Banking & Principal Investment. William then founded Keyhaven, a human capital solutions provider, where they served as the CEO and Founder from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Lockwood Executive Search as the Partner and Head of Europe, responsible for hedge funds and private equity. Currently, William holds the role of Head of Financial Services - Executive Search at Robert Walters Switzerland AG, specializing in executive search for the financial services industry in Switzerland.

William Andreae-Jones attended the Universitat d'Alacant for Maritime Studies, graduating in 1998.
