Christian Hoferer

Christian Hoferer has extensive experience in the field of manufacturing technologies and informatics within the pharmaceutical industry. From July 2019 to September 2022, Christian served as Product Line Lead for Technical Operations at Roche, overseeing Global Manufacturing IT. In this role, responsibilities included leading workforce strategy in Pharma Technical Operations and driving digital transformation as Informatics Head. Prior to this, Christian held various positions at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG between January 2010 and June 2019, including Team Head for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Serialization, with a focus on IT solution strategy. Additional experience includes IT project management roles at Produtos Roche Químicos e Farmacêuticos S.A. and Rockwell Automation. Christian earned a degree in Economics and Business Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
