Stephanie A. Royal has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), organizational development, and educational leadership. As Managing Partner at Ravenscourt Partners, Royal consulted on integrating DEI into business practices, achieving impactful results, including partnerships with major entertainment venues. Previous roles include Director of Diversity at The Cathedral School of St. John the Divine and Executive Director for the NY State Youth Mentoring Program. At Robin Hood, as Chief People & Culture Officer, Royal led transformative HR initiatives for New York City's largest poverty-fighting organization. Royal holds a Doctoral Degree in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Cabrini College, and significant experience in curriculum development and educational equity.
