Carlene Holowecky

Carlene Holowecky is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Wellness Court Probation Officer at Lorain County Adult Probation Department since July 2023, alongside a role as an Adult Probation Officer for Lorain County Adult Probation since June 2022.
