Daniel Sharpe

Daniel Sharpe, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Safety and Security at New Life Grafton, where responsibilities include leading the outreach ministry's Safety and Security Team and ensuring a safe environment for the congregation and community. With extensive experience at Rockwell Automation since 2007, Daniel has held various managerial roles related to test engineering and manufacturing, overseeing teams across North America and developing strategies aligned with the company's Connected Enterprise and IoT initiatives. Daniel began his career at Astronautics Corporation of America as a Quality and Reliability Test Technician and briefly worked at Office Depot, following service in the US Army as an infantryman. Daniel holds multiple degrees, including an MBA with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Strategic Leadership Development from Ottawa University.
