Gaven Teo

Gaven Teo is the Director of Channels for Asia Pacific at Rockwell Automation, responsible for sales channel strategies involving distributors and system integrators since May 2015. Gaven's extensive experience includes managerial roles focused on market access strategies across South East Asia and country management for Malaysia and Brunei. Prior to Rockwell Automation, Gaven worked at Avago Technologies, serving as a Technical Field Manager with expertise in motion control feedback sensors and leading marketing and general management roles. Gaven's career also includes positions at Symmid Corporation and Techsource System, emphasizing technical sales and commercial management. Gaven holds a Mini Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Business School and an MBA from the University of Lincoln, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
