Ryan Carpenter

Ryan Carpenter is a seasoned operations and business leader with extensive experience in marketing and commercial management. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Programs & Operations at Fiix Software since January 2019, Ryan previously held prominent positions at Capital One as COO of Branded Card and Director of Marketing Operations, where a successful Agile POD business model was designed for marketing campaign execution. Prior experience at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. included roles as Marketing Director, overseeing a diverse portfolio of meat products, and as Director of Industrial Sales and Marketing, where strategic shifts in business models were implemented. Early in Ryan's career at Maple Leaf Foods, responsibilities encompassed senior account management for pork exports to Japan, as well as achieving Six Sigma Black Belt certification, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Economics from Ryerson University.
