Industrial automation company Rockwell Automation, Inc. has named Patricia Contreras Vice President of Global Public Affairs. Mr. Contreras will oversee federal and state government affairs, external communications, media relations, corporate responsibility and environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting, as well as the community relations and contributions group. She has most recently been the company’s Director of Global Community Relations and Contributions, and starts her new role on July 1, 2020.

Ms. Contreras joined Rockwell Automation in 2008, and becomes the first Latina to lead its global public affairs. She will be responsible for building strategic partnerships that support business objectives and growth.
