Brian Søgaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile transformation and AI strategy. Currently, Brian serves as Co-founder and CEO of BotTellMe, where custom-designed AI solutions are developed to enhance organizational knowledge and processes. As a Senior Agile Advisor at ROCKWOOL Group, Brian facilitates a cross-functional team to re-establish an agile way of working and improve customer involvement and efficiency. Additionally, Brian holds advisory roles at Dunbar and KAB, focusing on redefining corporate learning and increasing digitalization, respectively. Brian is also the CEO and co-founder of Ugilic, a consultancy dedicated to driving agile transformations in Danish organizations. With a background that includes leadership roles at Sampension, Djøf, and Agile Akademiet, Brian has consistently promoted agile practices and innovation across various sectors.
