Louise Thygesen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in digital finance and business assurance across various industries. Currently serving as Business Assurance Director and Finance Digital Solution Manager at ROCKWOOL Group since November 2022, Louise focuses on driving digitalization within the global finance organization through system standardization and automation. Previously, Louise excelled as Head of Digital Finance & SSC Controlling at NKT, where key achievements included building a controlling team from the ground up. Additional roles at ROCKWOOL Group, Nordea, DuPont, Deloitte, Sony Nordic, and BMW reflect a strong background in financial reporting, controlling, and project management, complemented by multiple degrees from recognized institutions including Copenhagen Business School and Memorial University.
