Colin Zappia

Colin Zappia is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Broker/Realtor® at Sutton Group Ottawa Realty since June 2012, emphasizing value in client interactions. In addition, Colin is an active Board Member for The University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation and serves as Committee Chair for the Wilbert Keon Memorial Golf Tournament, contributing to the vision of high-standard cardiac care. With a background in sports broadcasting as a Colour Analyst for the Ontario Hockey League since April 2006, Colin has extensive experience in various media roles, including local sports hosting and play-by-play commentary. Previous experience includes resource development at United Way Ottawa, where nearly $6 million was raised for charities, and several positions in materials management and procurement. Colin holds diplomas in Materials Management and Business Administration from Algonquin College and completed secondary education at Notre Dame High School.
