Dr. Andreas Karg

Dr. Andreas Karg is an experienced professional in the field of physical chemistry and polymer science, currently serving as the Manager of the Quality Laboratory at Rogers Corporation since September 2021. In this role, Dr. Karg leads a team ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards and oversees various analytical responsibilities. Prior to this, Dr. Karg was a Scientific Researcher at the Bavarian Center for Battery Technology, where innovative electrochemical surface analysis techniques were developed. Experience also includes managing scientific projects at the University of Bayreuth, and internships focused on polymer synthesis and injection molding techniques. Dr. Karg holds a Doctorate in Physical Chemistry from the University of Bayreuth, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science and Polymer Chemistry, respectively.
