The board of directors at Roivant Sciences has a history of experience in the financial and operational aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. The current CFO has experience as the CFO of two pharmaceutical companies and as the head of business development and operations for another pharmaceutical company. Other members of the board have experience in investment banking and private equity. All members of the board have degrees from top universities, with a focus in biochemistry, economics, or business.
