Kamilah Mitchell-Thomas

Kamilah Mitchell-Thomas joined Roku in 2021. She is responsible for Roku’s Staffing, Human Resources, Inclusion & Talent Development and Workplace Services. Most recently, Kamilah was Chief People Officer at Dow Jones & Company, where she led Talent, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Rewards & Wellness, Organization Development, Workplace Experience and Workforce Resilience & Security. Before that, Kamilah was Senior Vice President of People & Culture at A+E Networks, and she previously held a Human Resources leadership role at Sony Music Entertainment, where she led expansion in Latin America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lincoln University.
