The board of directors at Roland Berger has a history of experience in managing large companies and organizations. Many of the members have worked with Mercedes-Benz in India and Germany, while others have experience in engineering and business development. All members of the board have received education from esteemed universities, such as Emory University, The Ohio State University, and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
