Lead Specialist - Test Thermal Hydraulics

Michael D. serves as Thermal Hydraulics Testing Lead at Rolls-Royce SMR since May 2022, overseeing the thermal hydraulics scaling team and leading engineering efforts in Development Engineering. Experience includes a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow role at the University of Leeds, focusing on aerodynamic analysis, and contracting as a Thermofluids Analyst developing thermal hydraulic codes for safety systems. Michael's academic background includes a PhD, an MSc in Computational Fluid Dynamics, and a BSc in Mathematics, all obtained at institutions in the United Kingdom.
