Rebecca Henshaw

Rebecca Henshaw currently serves as a Learning and Development HR Partner Apprentice at Rolls-Royce SMR since October 2025. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Derby College from September 2020 to October 2025, including End Point Assessment Coordinator, Team Manager, and End Point Assessment Lead. Additionally, Rebecca worked as an Internal Quality Assurer and End Point Assessment Lead at Rolls-Royce from October 2018 to September 2020. From April 2016 to June 2018, Rebecca was a Director at MJW Facilities Limited, and previously held the same title at Energy Training Centre LTD from April 2011 to May 2016. Rebecca's career began at Develop Training, where the role was ACS Management Representative from 2008 to 2011. Education was completed at Friesland School.
