Nicole Fehr

Nicole Fehr is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of MRO Improvements at Rolls-Royce since June 2022, Nicole previously held the position of CEO at N3 Engine Overhaul Services GmbH & Co. KG from March 2018 to June 2022, leading the company in the maintenance of Rolls-Royce engines. Prior to that, Nicole worked at Rolls-Royce from June 2005 to February 2018, where roles included Programme Director and Managing Director for Rolls-Royce Deutschland, among others. Nicole's educational background includes a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Southampton and executive education at prestigious institutions including Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
