Melanie Lessard

Melanie Lessard has extensive experience in IT and eCommerce, spanning from business analysis to management roles. Currently, as an IT Expert in Business Process at RONA since June 2021, Melanie focuses on a B2B website project by identifying impacted processes, discovering process gaps, designing future processes, and conducting operational assessments. Previously, as an Ecommerce IT Manager, the management of digital product enhancements and collaboration with various teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences were key responsibilities. Prior roles include eCommerce IT Coordinator and Senior IT eCommerce Analyst at Lowe's Canada, as well as consulting positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Active Intelligence Inc., where expertise in Oracle Retail Systems was developed. Education was completed at Champlain Regional College from 1994 to 1996.
