Prior to this role, Joanna worked at Heartbeat Records from May 1998 to October 1999, where responsibilities included Retail Coordinator, Advertising Manager, and Distributor Liaison, focusing on genres such as Roots Reggae, Rocksteady, Dub, and Jamaican Ska.
